Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date and therapist. The deposit varies depending on the location, number of guests and services requested.
Palm Springs appointments do not have a travel fee. Travel fees apply to locations outside Palm Springs and vary depending on the distance and service area.
We understand plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of your services. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
