To reserve your mobile spa service or spa party in the Greater Palm Springs area, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Individual services: Deposit equals 30% of the services
• Your date and time are confirmed once your deposit is received.
• Remaining balances are due the day of service, prior to the start of your treatment or activity.
We offer in-home services throughout Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but same-day booking is not guaranteed.

• No travel fee for appointments within 15 miles of Palm Springs, CA.
• For locations beyond 15 miles, a small travel fee may apply based on distance.

Gratuity
•20% gratuity is added to all groups of 4 or more
•Tips for individual services are optional but appreciated
•100% of gratuity goes directly to your therapist
We understand that plans can change.
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment.
• If Desert Mirage Mobile Spa & Wellness must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.
